Returns & Refund Policy
At Salt Sisters, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into every order.
Because our sachets are consumable wellness products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been opened.
Returns
We operate a no return policy unless the item is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your product must:
- Be unsealed and unused
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at Sales@saltsisters.uk within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
We’ll be happy to replace or refund the affected items as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
Opened sachets, used products, or items not in their original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
